I am very pleased with my new television. It has an excellent picture and the remote is tardily to operate. I receive other Sony televisions and experience never received a trouble with any of them. I am likewise pleased with purchasing the TV from Amazon. I received previously purchased TV’s for two or three online stores in the New York Area. These companies instantly called and tried to sell me additional products Sony BRAVIA KDL55NX720 and extended warranties. I did not alike their hard sell approach. Buying from Amazon was much different. Erst I made the purchase there were no followup telephone calls. They maintained me substantially informed till the product arrived. I will proceed to brook Amazon with other purchases.
